Loved our stay - had such a great time thank you!

Michelle and her group were difficult guests—disrespectful, argumentative, and made several unsubstantiated complaints nearly two days after check-in. We promptly addressed every concern, only to learn they had misread our listing and hadn’t realized the 4th bed was a pull-out couch, as clearly stated. After realizing our home couldn’t accommodate their full group, Michelle repeatedly tried to cancel or receive a refund. Despite our efforts to accommodate them—including purchasing new pillows, providing extra linens, and sending staff to inspect supposed issues—her complaints proved unfounded. Our handyman confirmed no damage to the furniture, and our cleaning team verified the home was spotless, supported by pre-check-in photos. Ultimately, we refunded the unused nights, though it was clear Michelle was attempting to end her stay early due to her own booking oversight.

Hey Megan thanks for the Feedback about the traffic getting to your place and the lack of additional wash cloths. Unfortunately at no time during your stay was this mentioned so that we could’ve provided more to accommodate you. While we are happy to host you please ensure when leaving a review that you communicate with hosts. Rating us a 4 for traffic delays is sort of shocking as this isn’t reflective of your stay at our home rather the city’s over all congestion which is not within our control nor is it realistic to hold us accountable for it. hopefully you are willing to reconsider your review.
